I started my journey as a new LPN with Oak Pointe. I have never felt more appreciated by all my co-workers and management at any other job. When I accepted this position, I knew I just gained a whole new family. I can count on all my peers for help with anything. Management goes above and beyond for their staff. I can honestly say I want this job for the rest of my life. I would recommend this facility not only to work but to anyone who needed the cafe from our excellent team. Residents come in as strangers and leave as family. Not many places can say that. Thank you to Oak Pointe for becoming family not just for staff but for everyone who walks through the front door.
