They need to hire more help, they have one person feeding 40 people and that one person not one serves the food, but they also have to feed everyone. So this one person is running around like a mad man. They also need to hire more nurses and aids, they claim they change the clients one every other hour, its more like once a day, if they dont ask and many people there cant communicate properly anymore

Just transferred a loved one out of here after 10 days. (Went to Brookdale Westlake) Terribly understaffed. Food was inedible. No cushion in her bed mattress. Marks on her butt from the bed frame. Very condescending nursing staff. A nasty cooler in the hall for ice. The kind of place you go to die when no one cares about you. Other positive reviews sound fake to me. Greatest most remarkable facility ever imagined!?!? Really... Read the ones about the food and the care. Maybe the independent living is better. If your loved one needs care go somewhere else!!
