Constant phone harassment to employees families. The management doesn't care for their employees. Always understaffed.

When I first came in here I didn't know what to expect and did not want to go to the nursing home but the doctor said there was no other option. The staff here has been super nice and they always answer my call light quickly. When I first came in I was not able to do anything for myself and although I will never walk in I have made enough improvements to be able to get around in my power chair and to do things for myself again. I am now able to go home with my wife. I had heard so many negative things about going to a nursing home that I was really nervous at first but now I know that if I ever need anything again in the future I will come back here. The staff truly cared for me and made me feel like a part of their big family and made me feel comfortable and safe. Thank you all for being so great.
