Disclaimer; Im writing this under my husbands account.I worked at this facility for three years and loved it! I only quit due to relocating to Cincinnati. The facility is clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the therapy staff is THE best in the biz! I wouldnt hesitate to send a friend or family member here.

Not including, couselors...Horrible and rude staff. My family member suffered from very rough physical treatment to where shed yell out in pain.Thankfully, I removed her from the facility.

I would investigate their record on falls, follow-up, state citations for inaccessible call lights and a general lack of oversight from staff before you put your loved ones in this facility. My mother has been severely injured in a fall and the level of care and follow up from this facility is sickening. I would highly not recommend this facility if you love the person you are placing in their care.
