Ohio Living Rockynol

My cousin is my Great Aunts Caregiver. He goes to the nursing home multiple times a day to ensure she is eating, exercising and being properly cared for. During the Covid19 pandemic he was denied access to her . Less than 2 weeks later she was in the hospital. They said they won't feed her because she refused to eat ( refusal due to dentures not being put on) . They haven't been rehabilitating her, but they won't allow her caregiver to do it. There seems to be no help. I can only hope she makes it through this pandemic alive. They are taking advantage of their position during this time.Update , my aunt never returned from the hospital. She has passed away.

From what I've heard, if you want a place to neglect and abuse your relatives, go for it. Snarky nurses who don't listen and leave you to die.

Total disregard for sick employees and patients by forcing symptomatic workers to come in when they could be infected. This place has tons of Covid-19 cases and even deaths and are trying to keep it under wraps. They do not value life and if your family member gets sick, they will not bother to call. Please be careful when you choose a place for your loved one, places like these are only looking to fill beds.

Place your loved one anywhere but OLRN.PLEASE....

In life you hear so much from others about nursing homes for their loved ones.. Now I am that 'others'. I am very hard to please only because I like SIMPLICITY and the world isn't like that. Our family ordeal began Dec 11 my.93 yr.old granny had massive stroke, ffwd to now she was recently moved to rockynol, being raised by granny and growing up less than 5 miles from the place I have driven past it a ton of times having never entering..I have to admit i already had bad pre conceived notions, so upon my arrival I prepared my nose and eyes for alot I have heard, ONLY TO BE BLOWN AWAY, THE STAFF, THE SMELL, THE CLEANLINESS IS FIRST CLASS..OMG the people here truly love what they do and their caring for patients IS GENUINE AND NOT JUST A PAYCHECK, I feel so much better now and couldn't wait to get home to write a review. I LOVE BEING BLOWN AWAY BY SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ROCKYNOL ROCKS, their rehab room was nice and FIRST CLASS, granny only been there about 3 days and her speech is the best its been since Dec 11. People employed here DO THEIR JOBS omg I cannot stop thinking about this place, nice furniture, they provide clothes, they have granny up moving. Personable, comfortable, very clean rooms...THANKS ROCKYNOL....
