We were very happy with Greenfield Estates! My father was a physician with Alzheimers and required more care than we could provide at home, even with outside help. The staff was very caring and respectful. We found them to be very accommodating with his meals (as a Jewish man he did not eat ham), and they were very happy to make sure he had something nice to eat. The place is beautiful, well maintained, and has a high-end feel for a Nursing Home. As a family our wishes for plan of care were well respected, and they showed concern for our well-being in addition to Dads.When Dad was failing they were very supportive and helpful in making decisions. Although it has been over a year since his passing, we still know this was absolutely the best choice we could have made. I feel fortunate that such a nice place exists so close to our home.

I go there often to visit my grandpa, a lot of the staff seems rude and lazy. Sometimes I have to repeatedly remind them that my grandpa needs to be assisted and it seems like his needs are being ignored a lot of the times. The lady in the office across from the dining room didn't help residents in a lot of situations where she could of like when a resident fell in the dining room she was the first to watch him fall and the last one to help him. There's one employee in there that is really helpful and kind. Her name is Heavenly . Her and my grandpa seem to get along great and she seems to genuinely care about his wellness and comfort. Overall I think this facility needs more training , dedicated employees like the one I mention... its a shame they lack decent employees.

Rude and lazy staff. I tried asking for help with my aunt and no one cared. So im moving my aunt out of there

My sister-law had to go to an Alzheimer's facility. We went to Greenfield to see what kind of facility it was. This has to be one of the best place to have your loved one go to. It is beautiful. The staff are always going that extra mile to keep the residents safe and secure. If you have a member of your family who needs this kind of help go there and see what it is like.
