Great place to work! Helping people in the community with equipment and pharmacy assistance or access to the crisis center with a referral that you can obtain through NorthWest Human Service Center.

This place helped both my grandmother and mother when they needed a wheelchair temporarily.

This place is not a good place for employment. They are understaffed, and have horrible management. The facility supervisor Priscilla will treat you very kind the first week and make it seem like it's an easy employment. Second week she will yell at you worse than your mother for things she didn't even train you to do. She yells at staff in front of clients. She cannot control her temper and does talks bad about all staff members. She will give you busy work in the office and complain when your in there doing your work. She is not pleased with any employees and expects perfection. She will make you do things she cannot accomplish. Very rude to staff and Staff keeps quitting because of her unprofessional behavior. The clients dislike her as she treats them like children and yells at them. Remember these are mentally ill or crisis clients. She hires people based on their ethnicity, age and if they don't have small children. Be cautious when working here she does use retaliation against staff and also edits staff documentations to her liking. She will promise promotions. Also I had to quit because of her unprofessionalism and she lost my time card as retaliation. Don't be surprised if this building goes under investigation soon or gets sued for the way they treat staff and clients. Another girl quit the same week I did. Good luck and be really careful.
