My parents moved from the Assisted Living to Memory Care in September of last year. Memory Care is very poorly managed and not at all as advertised. If you have a loved one that has only memory issues with absolutely no other problems the additional $3000 per month might be worth it to just have 'a locked door'. If your loved one has any other problems such as occasional incontinence or mobility issues do not expect management to address these issues. This is a for profit institution and it shows that it is more about the profit than care for your loved ones. This is all in my humble opinion - I am a hospital pharmacist and previously a SNF consultant. Assisted Living area fine - Memory Care should be fined for false advertising.

A couple members from churches I serve have lived here. Personnel are always friendly, landscaping and common areas are inviting, and residents keep up their walking in the spacious hallways. All one level. The residents I speak to have had no complaints. Price range is middle to high range of comparable facilities.
