I have used this service several years ago and have never left a review. The service was good. However, my dissatisfaction stems from their billing practices. I was over-billed and was expected by the owner to actually pay up. I was involved in heated dialogue with management, against what I considered to be unfair business practices. My advice to anyone experiencing this, is to contact NC Consumer Protection.

Right at Home has done excellent work for us -- for five separate contracts since 2009. We are grateful for their skill and reliability especially when dealing with infirm adults. Also appreciate their always being there when we need them. Having the help of Right At Home WS frees us up to be the family members we need to be.

They were the 1st home health agency I was ever with & they didnt know their heads from a hole in the ground!!! I would NOT refer them to ANYBODY!!!! EVER!!!
