Pleasant environment, friendly staff. Some of the residential rooms could use cosmetic repairs. Staff does not return telephone calls in a timely manner. Even when several messages have been left.

Aides not consistent in working with patients. Not enough aides on the 2nd Shift. Directors & Managers will not return call in a timely manner. The attitudes of the whole facility need to be more positive and understand they are to serve not 'lord' over the patients. Increase pay might bring on more qualified aides.
