They have GREAT employees but, the managment isnt worth nothing!!!! There only concern is themselves. Management makes bad decisions and then place the blame on the employees to keep themselves out of the fire. If there was a star to rate a zero that's what I would give them solely based on the management. I did reach out to HR hotline and was treated the same way. This company doesnt care what the employees have to say, thay made that very clear.

Great place to work, the employees are passionate about their work and truly show their compassion when working with the residents. True example of a team environment!!

I'm really disappointed and very concerned for my friend that is a patient there at this facility. We have been friends for more than 20 years as she is a member of our church. I went to visit her about a week ago and was very surprised by the way this place is run. I was a nurse for 30 years until I retired and I've never seen such a mess as I seen that day. It looked as if they were understaffed and patients were all over the place. While we were sitting having a nice chat a man came to her door and appeared to be lost. I walked him back out to the hallway and he asked me for a cigarette. I kind of chuckled because I hadn't smoked in over 20 years. I told him that I didn't have any and he seemed to get agitated. He grabbed me by the arm and tried to pull me down the hall. I finally got free from his hand and quickly walked back into my friend room. Then I heard a commotion and went to her door to look and saw emergency picking up a patient. I sat back down to continue my visit and my friend seemed upset. I finally got her to calm down. I walked back to the door to see what was going on. Anyway they had already left with whoever they were taking I guess. I finished my visit with my friend and was walking up the hallway and heard the staff talking. I'm normally not a nosey person but I could tell that something was going on and could feel the tension. You have to forgive an old lady my hearing isn't what it use to be but I overheard one little girl discussing what had happened and apparently a male patient had broken a lady's arm. Of course I was very concerned but I waited until I got home to call my friend's son to let him know what was going on. I told him that I was worried about her health and safety. He assured me he would look into it. I saw him at church Wednesday and he said he was looking for another place for his mother. I was so glad. I saw many things that evening and as a former RN I recognized several regulations being violated. I contemplated calling the administrator myself to voice these concerns but I don't have family there so I didn't feel it would get anywhere or be of any use. My husband and I prayed about it and I could not rest. My daughter in law suggested that I leave a review for other potential patient's family's to see. Maybe it will help somebody. You know my husband Richard is in failing health and has had dementia for 3 years now. I was looking for a place for him as it is getting to be more than I can handle alone but I would not recommend this place to anyone.
