I have a philosophic viewpoint; I don't look at the glass as half empty or half full, I'm just grateful for the glass. That being said, I'd like to give a huge shout out and thank you to two extraordinary women who went above and beyond to help my family and I make a smooth transition from Camp Lejeune to Joint Base, Anacostia Bolling; Kristen V. and Courtney J. Because of these ladies and their invaluable assistance, I was able to multi-task and take care of many things simultaneously that without their help would have otherwise been impossible. Thank you so much ladies for going above and beyond your job and bringing my stress/anxiety level down. You rock! *fist bump* (baymax style) :)

Every problem Ive reported has been dealt with in a timely manner and done correctly. Ive had door knobs slipping (wont open), garage door stoped working after our house was hit by lightning, plug ins stopped working after the lightning, fire alarms all sounding off after the lightning, bugs (fire ants outside, house ants inside, and wasps outside) all dealt with, ice maker not working when moved in, etc. All of which were fixed either that day or within a couple days according to their importance and and urgency. Very nice and quality workers!

I wish I could give less than one star. I currently have had my ac out for a few days and not only do they leave you no information about the process of fixing it, but everytime I call to try and get a portable ac for the time being since I have a kid, theyre out of them and the lady is rude. They just dont seem to care. Its just not good service or quality for what you pay. If I could do it over again, I would have just stayed out in town. I should have listened to peoples advice not to lease through AMCC!

I lived in Tarawa Terrace for almost a year before I moved. When we moved in we were offered the 125 dollars for 12 months move in special. Well, the last check was cancelled and after talking to Angela I was assured it would be sent back out. After calling several times and leaving messages, never heard any word back. It seems pretty obvious my calls were being ignored. The community is nice, just dont expect for AMCC to keep their word or follow a legal document.

Weve lived at AMCC housing for about 4 1/2 years. Through the good and bad of pre and post hurricane Florence. We were the only house on the block not moved due to extensive damage. Though, through the years weve experienced a new roof (interior and exterior) new paneling on the sides, various maintenance issues. Weve normally had a good experience. Brandon and JB are the only two people I completely trust to get the job done right the first time.
