Please dont let your family go here its a slump. Too many patients at night and they let the residents fall and dont document especially on 3rd shift in the Alzheimers ward. Think before you go here.

Was a patient at this facility, for rehab post right knee replacement. Was put in the 'rehab' wing. Dr. Hoffman was physician on site. Saw him once, at time of admission. Never again for the two weeks there. Had increasing pain and swelling. No response from staff or Doctor. Just upped the pain meds. In the 'rehab' wing, there was a patient across the hall with open bed sores. I was given the wrong meds twice, and caught it both times. End result was I had to have my leg amputated above the knee from a m.r.s.a. infection, acquired. Looks are deceiving. The staff are overworked, by own admission. Infectious patients mixed with surgical patients. Don't go here!

Not the most modern facility but someone is always cleaning. Painting and refurbishing the building now. I am very happy with the care my in-laws get here. The staff works hard and appear to work together to give the patient the best care. They could probably use more help but they work really hard to take care of all the patuents.
