Scotland Manor now known as Accordious Health sent my husband to a Assistant living facility knowing that he didnt qualify to go there. The administrator had the doctor to sign saying he was qualified. Because he had a confrontation with her she sent him to a assistance living place. The care there is awful, they dont keep there patients clean like they should be. I dont recommend to send your love ones to this facility.

I have experience with many Nursing Homes in North Carolina and this is one I would choose for family! This little building is friendly and warm and very inviting. The staff is equally open, warm and eager to please. Love this little building!
