Staff is very arrogant. Administration have no idea what's going on in the facility.

We moved into a cottage here in March after visiting and seriously considering several Continuous Care Retirement Communites (CCRC). We are so happy here. The residents from the cottages and independent living to assisted living interact and have a great time. The trips and activities and Trinity Oaks University offer stimulation for mind and body and fun and gracious living. Each member of the staff really cares about those of us who live here. We call them by their first names as they do us. Trinity Oaks is a wonderful place! We are part of a great community.

I can not say enough good things about this place. My mom was here for almost 3 weeks for rehab after hip replacement surgery, and she got excellent care the entire time. All of the staff were so friendly and caring and they treated us like family! It was so nice to be able to rest when I left her in the evenings, knowing she was in good hands. When it came time to leave, many of the staff stopped by to give mom a hug and to tell her that she would be missed. I would highly recommend Trinity Oaks!
