On Tuesday we reserved a room at The Lodge for my father for Friday. After spending 24 days in the hospital (normal post-op stay for his surgery was a week) we were ready to go. On Thursday at 4:30, we were informed that our reserved room had been given away to someone else. How could you possibly trust the care of your loved one with a company that would give your room away the day before youre supposed to be there ? And not just the day before ... 30 minutes before the close of business on the day before. If we cant find somewhere tomorrow then he will have to spend another weekend in the hospital. Beware of this place and the clowns who are running it who cant keep a simple appointment schedule straight. If you care about your loved one, seek rehab elsewhere.

The residents are happy and the facility is gorgeous. The Staff is always willing to go the extra mile for our residents and family members. I love being part of the Sanstone Health Family and we as a family pride ourselves on providing our residents with the best quality of care which they are entitled to and deserves. We love our residents and our family members.

The worst experience I ever had..where the director was all about supporting her team wrong and all...she had no concern that her patient(s) did not receive medication(s) and made every excuse in the book to make her self look good...I put this in god hands for I could have took legal actions but I know he would do a better job at helping her realize this is not the job for her...please people make sure you investigate places before leaving your loved ones...
