Iget the nurse to give him his meds...they were 2hours late then.ld not have my dog in that place...and to the owner you should be locked up for abuse if i was to treat a family member the way my brother has been treated i would be in jail for abuse...he has been in your facilities care for 2days hasn't had his insulin yet. ...i was told by a nurse that they don't have his type???...he has a cut on his stomach that supposed to have a vacuum line on that has yet to be hooked up??? im just amazed at the lack of care.. .i had to go get the nurse to g

Two Employees with COVID 19 and not testing the residents. Management hides in there offices. Google makes you give one star, not my choice.

My uncle was placed In this facility and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was happy comfortable and most importantly safe. I give this place 10 stars if I could! I just want to thank each and everyone of you for everything you did for us. Staff was pleasant and we are very pleased.

Everytime I come to visit my grandmama i always get angry. Most of the nurse are very rude. There have been times I asked for a cup to get grandma some water I waited for over 45 mins and still the nurse didnt bring one. I went to purchase her a cup and came back still no cup. Every time I come visit she never have an cold water. I have never seen a nurse take the time feed her by she cant see to good because she blind. And I dont understand why do 4 patience have to share 1 bathroom. The water dont seem to get hot enough to get a bath. And something need to be done about this place because family should be able to leave there family knowing they are in good hands. They should treat our families like they would want someone to treat there. Our families cant get the care they need sometimes became the nurses have over 10 patients to care for.

Have had 2 loved ones there during the last 6 months There is NO hot water in the back part and only limited warm water at the front during certain times. I would not feed my dog what they serve the patients. Most nurses do not seem to check on the patients. Waiting 4 hours for a bed pan is more than ridiculous
