I had a very nice visit to this facility. The staff are very cordial and discreet, and they create a great atmosphere here!

Our mom has been in memory care at this facility for about 3 years. It was great at first because the staff had been there so long - something like 10 years on average. We always knew who was taking care of her, the food was fantastic, and the staff was tremendous. Then, about 18 months ago, the whole chain was bought out by a Canadian company. Things have changed. First the food immediately went from great to so-so. Then the staff started leaving, first the caregivers, then the leadership. There are always new people when we go there, and nobody knows how Mom has changed over time. Now they don't even have the annual Thanksgiving lunch or the other events which were a highlight for the families. It's too late to change because she is in advanced stages of Alzheimer's. However, we would unfortunately not recommend this facility to others.
