Gave my grandfather his insulin incorrectly for about a month almost making him dependent upon it. Masterfully incompetent instructions were given to us when he was released telling us to give him his insulin incorrectly which was bottoming him out making him extremely tired and noticably more feeble. I truly can't believe how he fell several times under their roof and was only discovered when a nurse happened to walk by his room because they do not pay any attention to patients unless the light next to their door is lit up. Not to the fault of the nurses but to the fact they are clearly understaffed for having recently expanded their facility.

I live in the Pleasant Garden community and have made several visits to Clapp's visiting friends. The staff is always happy and the residents are well cared for. There are several activities and special days throughout the week that the residents look forward to. I have been there in the mornings, afternoons and evenings the place is always orderly and very clean.

The dirtiest place today I ever seen and every housekeeper that they seem to get that is good they fire I would never have a loved one stay there or put in there
