I moved my mother from The Dorchester after new management made her hate living there. It was a drastic change from how she used to feel about calling The Dorchester home. My calls to corporate to discuss the situation went unanswered as did my emails to the address used in all of these replies. My mom lived at The Dorchester for seven years and whatever this new manager has done to the place as really ruined it for the residents. I'm not typically one to leave bad reviews but when it comes to finding a place for your parents to live, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

The management clearly doesnt care about theyre residents. I have family that are residents and they are very upset. They will be moving else where as soon as possible! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Management says they would like to discuss my concerns yet as residents, we received a notice stating management will NOT speak about the recent firings of amazing employees. Stop pretending to be a sounding board on Google, you should be ashamed. We pay rent every month and we ow hate living here because you continue to make poor choices.
