This place got 1 only because I couldn't rate it as zero stars.There is little to NO coordination between lower & upper management.The MD here has NO background in pain management or wound care.The other departments, i.e. transportation, maintenance, housekeeping, etc are understaffed and over worked.Patient supplies frequently run out. They have run short on my narcotic pain medication twice in six weeks.

The management there is terrible. They do not treat the Nurses, CNA's with respect. They definetly need to get rid of the management

My mother was not given the assistance she need in this facility. She was overlooked and not taken care of. The room was nasty. She was left to lay in her in waste for hours. CNA's wanted us to leave the room for them to do anything. My Mama said no she wanted us there. It was so we could see what happened and she wouldn't have to complain herself. Cause she knew if she complained they would treat her badly. Than God my step father got her out after 2 weeks. I'm so glad she did not have to stay her whole 6 weeks. She is no longer with us. We miss her dearly! But she is no longer in any pain and is with our Lord!
