If I could give a zero I would, I filled out an application to work there as a pca, everything went great, then the night I was supposed to start I go there and the staff was rude and said that they were not aware of anyone starting and then the said 'Nurse' looked up my name on the employee list and my name wasn't on it. Thank you for wasting about a week worth of my time of which I could of used to find a job that actually has there stuff together!

Looks can be deceiving. On the surface, this is a great place. It is new, appears clean, and doesn't have that institutional smell you associate with some care settings. That's the end of the positives. Since placing my parent here, I have been extremely disappointed. The communication is awful. Staff appear to not know new patients (doesn't someone review all the paperwork I filled out with them?), you can rarely find someone in charge (other than a CNA) to discuss issues with, they are poorly staffed and often rude. Once, I asked a personal care question about my parent and two different staff members answered the same question with totally opposite answers. Who do you believe? I am becoming more and more concerned about the poor communication and the possibility that someone else's review on here about them falsifying records could actually be true.

Both times I visited, the staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean. No bad smell like other facilities I have visited in the past.
