Maxim has offered me many clients and possibly for overtime. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. The pay is not consistent across the board and I have not been given a raise since my 90 day evaluation. Very nice they offer incentives, and and gifts. Most things are do not accommodate night shift.

I have been with Maxim since mid 2000s. The Morehead City Office Branch is by far the best one! I was full time up until 2018, and still fill in prn now. Kieta, Faith, and Lindsey are amazing to work with. They go above and beyond for the employees and our clients and its shows. When things happen in your personal life, they check in on you and that goes a long way to show that you are more than just an employee.

Slow, low communication with pay check people it a mess to get right. The one Nurse in office is rude, and short. I asked to speak to her boss once but was told 'she is out' . The other 2 seemed nice. Anytime I ask for the manager 'he's out'. I had a family emergency so I had to quit in after about a month.
