Right at Home came to my rescue within a few hours when my Mom needed 24 hour care. One day she just couldnt get out of her chair anymore and I needed help! They quickly put together shifts to take care of her until she could be rotated into the schedule. They did an excellent job taking care of her.

Everyone from the top down is amazing. I live 3.5 hours away from my Dad and I am his primary care giver. Knowing that Right At Home was there for him was such a relief. I never had to worry.

While some caregivers placed in my home were very good, Right At Home placed a known criminal in my home who did tremendous damage to my loved one and family. She lied, manipulated, stole items, was verbally abusive, and engaged in appropriate relationships with family and loved ones. The agency did not take corrective action quickly when confronted with the facts, probably due to staffing shortage.
