As long as Jennifer Moore is running this company, it will go into the ground. The worst place I ever work! All they care about is taking elderly peoples money. Run!!! Quality of care is very poor!!!

This facility should be shut down. They look great on the surface for they are great at hiding the truth. When I went to Carillon as a temporary home for my sister the executive Director, Michelle Marciniak promised many things, both monetary and care wise, and did not honor her word. We are now facing bills that we were promised would not occur. The copays on pharmaceuticals were outrageous and not what you would normally pay on your Medicare part. B and your prescription coverage. The food was horrible. Many of the reviews on here were made by the staff not the residents and do not reflect the truth. I have called corporate on this matter and I was referred toJennifer Moore after numerous attempts to contact her, She DID NOT return my call. This is not the place to leave a loved one

I absolutely love this community and the employees that work here. They are all very diligent and concerned with the well-being of the residents. I would absolutely recommend this community to any families looking to place their family members in a facility for extra care!

The staff and management represents the T in teamwork. We love our residents, our families and our community. Quality care and service to our residents is priority.
