This facility is not acceptable to leave a loved one in. They have some good staff members but they have some that do not need to be working with the elderly. They do not have a way for the residents to call for help in their room. I brought my loved one a bell and it was hidden from her. The food was terrible, frozen banquet dinners, cheap canned food. The deposit l paid down was to be refunded at the end of her stay. Owner refused . My mother fell and broke her femur and was put back in bed with little concern if she needed to be checked out. Manager didn't even have a record of her fall, stay away from this facility on Thompson Rd. Mother is still dealing with complications from her broken leg.

Great staff! Truly the best option if youre looking for a place for your loved one. They even specialize in memory care and its a great alternative to your normal assisted living facility as it is in a beautiful home setting
