I had the honor of being the Director of Resident Care/Services for a year, and only left to help with covid relief. In my year, I had the best team, the best Residents and the best Families. I truly miss each and everyone of my coworkers and Residents everyday. Its very hard to find a work environment that you love to come to everyday, but that is what you have at Cadence Mint Hill.
