McDowell Assisted Living is awesome I could not have found a better job I love this place everyone is treated with respect and our residents always comes first The owner Linda and our administrator Doris are incredible, hard working and caring. They always put the residents first . They treat the staff like family,they show us respect and tell us how much they appreciate everything we do
