Shaire center is a lovely place ! My mother and father both have spent time there and have always been treated with so much kidness ! They went above and beyond

We thought this was going to be the best place for my mom to receive rehab but we were wrong. She had her cloths stolen, her blanket stolen, her jewelry stolen, her roomed searched everyday for unknown reasons and other patients underwear placed in her drawer. Some of the staff were not nice to the paitents. The therapy was not useful for her recovery and they sent her home in a wheelchair still unable to walk. I did discuss all concerns with owner with no recourse. Nothing was paid for that was stolen and no apology was ever offered. I hope if you send your love one there you have someone with them all day and night to assist them. The only blessing out of the entire stay was one nurse name Faye. She is the most understanding and loving person there. My family understands this is a business, but people were there not because they wanted to be, but because they had to be. This was the most stressful time for my mom.I would not recommended this place.

I would give a 5, but started to give a 3. I have wanted to eat with Mom. A few times now, but they don't bring a tray like they say they will.. A few times mom has been wet or dirty. But overall, the care she gets is excellent. I have found her in the floor twice. And she's been sick for the last couple months. CNAs sit around alot of times. But when you tell them your loved one needs something, they are right there. Like I said, care for residents is over the top. They do that the best if any nursing home in Caldwell county.
