Terrible experience trying to rent an apartment from Run Hill. After tour, spent multiple days trying to get in touch with property manager requesting an application by email and phone. A week went by with no response. Finally got a response a week later and applied for our desired unit; was told we got the unit, but later found out they sent us a lease for a different unit that was $165 more expensive. When I noticed the error, they let a whole day go by before calling us back, and said the original unit we wanted was leased. Have to question their motives, tactics and organization.

Run Hill is a wonderful place to live. Close to the beach. Have every amenity you desire. Well maintained common areas and pool. Management is responsive and friendly.

Although this property is not quit ready to move into I went today to tour the property and was amazed every little detail was thought of and looks great the pool ,hot tube,grilling stations,game room,theater and of course most importantly the inside of the apaments I couldnt have been more pleased ...also lets not forget the amazing leasing staff she was very professional and personable telling me about the area and all the information I asked in regards to the community.i look forward to calling this home I think its a great option for housing in the outer banks
