Tracy is rude and cold. We wonder why the nursing home will hire such a rude person. She is like a cold statuary and lack of sympathy.

They treat your family member awful. The food they serve I wouldnt even feed my dog, theres no nutritional value. If there was an accident their button to call them they dont answer, my grandpa slipped and hit the button... An hour and half later they come. What if it was an emergency? Their bedside manner is terrible, they have no respect. They dont check on the patient, help them with their needs, and if the patient takes medication the staff wont give them the medication on time or at all. If the patient is getting discharged they dont give you a heads up. On top of all this, this facility is dirty, dusty, and smells. 10/10 would NOT recommend sending anyone here. Even if it was someone you strongly dislike.
