I do not recommend anyone to work here. ANYONE. I was thrown in the fire with little training due to my experience. I was being treated unfairly by the main manager. He constantly looked for things to criticize me about, and rather than creating a healthy manager-worker relationship he was very condescending & not pleasant to work with. He would sometimes not even acknowledge my presence until he found ONE little thing to scowl me on. It was even a point where I asked about MY payroll information and my questions were completely ignored until I had to call HR myself to figure out how to get ahold of my payroll.... and my management had access the WHOLE TIME. And the supervisor was very childish. He constantly talked about his sex life and drama, sometimes in front of the residents, and only took things seriously when the manager was on his back about things. Overall this place was a hot mess to work at, no structure, little hours, and HORRIBLE management.
