I am proud to say that I work at Holden Heights as part of the therapy team and I truly enjoy being able to not only provide quality services to the residents there, but also my interactions with the staff and residents Is where great friendships and personal interactions are made. We strive to to have great communication & interactions with each of the residents and appreciate being able to be part of thier lives.

Not a great place at all bed bugs in The rooms on every floor, resident don't have towels for bathrs or washing machine to wash clothes, elevator broke. Employees half way do they job. Half meds are missing. Not a good environment at all. Never work here or send your family here.

I had to put negative reviews to finally get paid for me reflexology services but after finally getting paid I brought it up to 3 stars.

I would give no stars if I could, my daughter in law started working here this would have been her third week but today she was called and told that she was a no call no show over the weekend and she was being terminated, when my daughter tried to explain that she was off and could send her a screen shot of the schedule that was sent to her the manager Mia started screaming and yelling, we have contacted an attorney. This establishment needs better management then what they got. My daughter did nothing wrong, and from the stories I have been told I feel very sorry for the patients that are in that facility.
