I work here now, this is a wonderful and pleasant place for our patients to live, there is absolutely no way anyone would be mistreated or neglected here, we come in to work every single day loving them as family, because they are family, we spend more time with them than our biological families

Top notch facility. I would recommend Brockford Inn to all my friends and family for the best care for our loved ones.

Do not take your love one to this place if u care anything about them please don't very low care after. l already had some red flags about this place they lie about what is going on with your love one people running around not being cared for stay away not clean smells bad and the talk to the residents bad this place needs to be shut down

The staff at this facility were so helpful my grandma is a resident here in the back hall, Im not going to lie I was a little worried coming into the facility at first I live out of town and don't get to see my grandma a lot. but I have heard a lot of bad reviews on this place so I was a little concerned. It wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be, the CNAs where helpful I was a little lost and they took me right to my grandma, she was out in the dinning room talking to other residents there. I sat with her and talked with her and the other residents at her table, I asked them how they liked it here and they all said they loved it! they went on about the things they get to do there. Their only complaint was the coffee! They said they would love to have more coffee when ever they wanted it. I was very pleased with the facility. I recommend this facility to anyone its not what people make it out to be.
