My grandmother has been staying at this facility as she suffers from complications from CHF. The doctors and RNs have been great with her. However, she brought her personal walker (which clearly looks different than the facility's walkers) from home to rehab. Someone on the staff took her PERSONAL walker and gave it to someone else. Her walker is very expensive and it is the one she is accustomed to. It is the FACILITY'S responsibility to pay for a new one, or track down the original. This will teach the staff not to make careless mistakes.
