Mom just passed away after almost 6 years at Trinity Elms. I cannot say enough about the caring staff and the staffs ability to adjust to moms changing needs. Tess, the administrator was so kind and competent. Abbie, the nurse works hard to assure her staff provides competent care. There are enough activities for those who want to participate. Just a wonderful place. Also, Stephanie, the Physician Assistant who worked with mom for her medical needs was great. Also they worked very well with hospice when the time was appropriate. They all worked well as a team.

WE LOVE TRINITY ELMS. We have had our mother in other facilities due to rehab, etc, but nothing can match the love and care the employees put into the residents. If you have a loved one and cannot decide, look no further. No place can top Trinity Elms.-Patricia Justice, Home Staging, downsizing, and redesign specialist.
