I really wouldnt give willow ridge a 1 star bt they wont let you not put a star. First off management is very poor the ED over the building knows nothing about her residents all she cares about is filling up the building so she can bonus. Theres never enough workers of a shift because they cant keep nobody. The building is very nasty State and DSS is always in there because of the bugs well roaches I should say Spring will call an exterminator every so often but she only have them do one room so the roaches just move in with the next resident. All the good workers who really cared about the residents are no longer there. If I was you I wouldnt put my family member in a place like this so run fast past willow ridge its literally HELL
