Staff stretched thin, poor management from both nursing and admin. Better for those in the early stages of dementia, but not for those who are more advanced in disease or have mobility issues.

I would never recommend bringing your loved ones to this facility. Workers sleep on the job and management is notified yet they do not do anything. They just want to sell you a room and get your money. The quality of care is lacking- their staff is undertrained and they keep bad employees around because they can't get any new hires. Several employees have left for better (and fair) opportunities elsewhere.
