Step father was here and mysteriously and suddenly died at 56 after being there about a month. We weren't notified and only found out after a family member went by to check on him. When we called to find out what happened they wouldn't tell us and said we would have to wait and talk to someone the following day. When I said it was crazy they wouldn't tell his wife and step son what happened the lady on phone was rude and told me she hadn't seen any family members come by to see him anyways. To me this was insensitive and unprofessional.

The most horrible place I have ever worked!! The neglect is by far the worst I have ever seen... management should be ashamed of themselves!!! What goes on at this place is,disgusting!!! The State needs to get it together!!!
