Pick up your phones! Never get an answer when I call. The line is always busy so I can never talk to an actual human being

My wife was an in-patient at the center for short term rehabilitation. Our experience was very positive, the staff and management were exceptionally friendly, courteous and conscientious in performing their duties. The various therapists who help my wife through this difficult time were also very caring and compassionate and went out of their way to minimize the challenge that we were facing. The location and setting of the center was very comfortable and calming. Overall, I would highly recommend this facility and staff as a strong option to any other Care Center that you might be considering.

I hope the people and families written about in some of the reviews heal from their negative experience. God bless the women who fell from her wheelchair. Life Care is a national company, that has been around for a long time and their company will probably keep working on improving things.

I will give this place one star because they didn't kill my Dad! Just wanted to tell my story of the real truth about this place. My Dad was there for 4 months, I will tell you the aids, nurses, and nurses aids were wonderful, but starting with their transport drive to the director they were horrible!!!!! My dad had an accident ending with having to have part of his skull removed. Sometimes he would be alert some times completely out of it. Now I know why, If you have a loved one that is on a breathing treatment be aware it is laced with codeine, they wouldn't admit it when I confronted them about it they denied it. ( I have a copy of his leger of meds) Then there's the insulin, It sure was funny that he got insulin 3 times a day while he was there, but never again after he left, does anyone else think Medicare fraud? After he left, I tried multiple times to get his medical records to his Dr, they would never comply, and when I talked to some guy who is some kind of a regional manager he told me that they were not obligated to release them. One last thing, he took his own trachea out, and apparently it was a long time before the went back to check on him because they could not put it back in due to his throat had already started to close. He would speak to us very little but did make a comment to one of his aids, she had hurt him and he told her 'kiss my a' but the 'higher up' was saying that we were just making it up. I did have words with the head so n so in therapy during a meeting and my Dad got upset and asked 'what's going on' they just looked at him, and I said see he can talk, she said snobbishly that she'd never heard him, and I replied that he poops too and had she ever seen that? There's quite a lot more to my Dad's story, but I would think twice before taking anyone I love to this or any of this companies facilities.
