Trinity View Retirement Community

My review is regarding employment, not the facility itself. I was contacted for an interview and met with the administrator Francis who was a very nice, well dressed lady. She then scheduled me for an interview with the lady over Medication Technicians. My interviews went very well. I completed my background check, was made a tentative hourly wage and shift offer and told she (Ms Harmon) would contact me back very soon. I had not heard anything for a week so I followed up via email and text message. Days later, no one has communicated back with me. I find this extremely disrespectful and rude since I put time and effort into joining their team, even at the much lower than average wage being offered. I looked forward with optimism working long term here. Some type of effort to communicate back with me should have been made. Therefore I cannot recommend seeking employment at this facility. If communication is an issue then it may be as well in other areas. I encourage you to communicate much more effectively in the future. UPDATE: Email, text message and phone call communication attempted with no response back. I do not recommend applying to this facility because communication is ESSENTIAL in all areas of life, especially the workplace. It has been about two weeks.

The staff are wonderful.
