They are all saints there. My mother has very advanced Alzheimer. Bedridden and in diapers and she has to be spoon fed. She has been in this state for nearly 3 years. She has never had a bed sore and she is fed, cleaned and given water. It is not a beautiful place but I have to say they get the job done. For 2 years we paid for a pretty place and they let her get dehydrated and hospitalized for a week. Not this place. She has never had a problem.

The Oaks at Sweeten Creek took great care of my mother when she was a resident there. She loved the Activities Program and Therapy especially. Definitely recommend having a loved one stay here for rehab or long-term!

Great Facility. Great Staff. Jamie was very helpful when I admitted my mother to the facility. She assisted me with getting her back home to where she belongs.

I wouldn't have even y'all a star yu don't take care of your patient at all. My sister in law was laying in her pee for hours and had to call the facility from her cell phone cause y'all wouldn't answer her call light. I went to see her and she was laying in her pee and had her call light on when we got there and 30 mins go by and y'all still didn't changed her and I had to change her and her whole bed. It's pretty sad when she had to be the one to call 911 from her cell phone cause y'all wouldn't answer her call light. She would still be alive if y'all would have paid attention to her. I hope y'all get shut down cause y'all are a terrible . I hope and pray that this don't happen to anyone else.

My father was a resident at this horrible facility. Paid privately for his stay and he was never changed, he was unkempt, and he always seemed distraught when I visited. I tried talking to the ED and the DON many times about my concerns and I was often completely ignored. The ED actually shut the door in my face and said he wasn't going to listen to my concerns. I was finally able to move him to another facility and I feel so relieved.
