In July 2018, I began work at this facility as the Director of Social Services. I am impressed with the new leadership and the team spirit at Valley View. Everyone works hard in their departments and we support each other. In September 2018, we received a deficiency-free survey, a first for this facility. We are all proud to have been a part of such an honor. We continue to work on making the facility a five-star facility. With the ongoing progress, we will meet our goals. Our residents are happy and their needs are met in extraordinary ways by a staff that cares! Whether you work here or have a loved one residing here, communication is open and you can count on a great experience.

They were absolutely amazing in taking care of my grandpa until he passed away. The nurses answered every question without hesitation and were always going above and beyond.
