Well you hit the call Bell and no one comes I'm bed bound due to broke back and pelvis and so I have to use a pad to pee on still laying in it

OMG I cannot believe some of the negative comments I am reading on here about Stanley Mannor, my mom was there in Feb 2020, I spent at least 12-14 hours a day there in and out including weekends and the entire staff from The Director of the facility, Admin staff, and especially the nurses took such good care of my mom, they went out of their way to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. I don't think you could find a better and caring group of health professionals, thank you. My mom spent her last days in peace and knowing she was safe and really cared for.

I have a church member there and night shift has repeatedly ignored calls for her needs during the night. Seems night shifts are bad everywhere. It's a chatting time for employees who dont answer the facility phones or their patients repeated request for help!!! One day it may be your loved one!!!

Clueless staff. Call light takes forever. They are happy being a 3 start facility and strive for nothing more
