My mother in law just finished her rehab stay here and I could not say enough nice things about East Neck. The staff truly cares! It shows in everything they do. I have to admit, I was skeptical bringing my mother in law to a rehab center. However, every staff member put my mind at ease. Everyone is friendly, they smile, and showed compassion. My mother in law received the best care. Physical and Occupational therapy was intensive and amazing! They had her walking and motivated her everyday. She is coming home in better shape than she has been in years. I want to thank everyone! My family is very grateful for everything you did.

caring, compassionate staff. Rehab is great, tons of recreation activities. My brother always is clean and neat in appearance. Even Keith the administrator pitches in when needed, feeding patients and passing trays. Denise the nursing director is always readily available if needed when myself or my family have questions or any concerns

My mother has been at East Neck for 1 year, previously staying at nearby assisted living facilities.Since her arrival, everyone has been extremely helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and approachable. There was a medical issue with my mom s hand which the entire medical staff provided the appropriate care. Social workers, physical therapists, aides, medical staff and administration are wonderful.
