The Legends at North Ponds 55+ Senior Community

I've lived at the Legends for 1 1/2 years and the experience has been a happy one. My apartment is spacious and I love my work-in kitchen. The community is welcoming and friendly and many functions are part of the activities here. Such as, dinners, coffee hours, bingo, movie night and Bible studies. The staff makes everyone feel at home and they keep the Legends in pristine condition. I miss my gardens, but the landscaping is beautiful here and so well kept by our maintenance staff. North Ponds is the perfect spot for walking or jogging, or just sitting on the benches enjoying being outdoors. Shopping is readily available from Aldi's to Walmart along with local Library and Senior Center. I'm so glad to be part of this community at the Legends.

Over the past three years my family and friends have often commented positively about the buildings, grounds and atmosphere at the Legends. The landscaping of the grounds is beautiful and great care is taken to maintain and keep them attractive. The buildings' interiors are kept in very good condition by a professional maintenance staff. All maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.The office is run by a very professional and personable manager who encourages tenants to participate in the various social opportunities of 'life at the Legends'. These include: special dinners, educational group meetings on topics of interest to seniors, card and game nights and entertainment by outside groups. Overall, it has been a pleasure residing at the Legends.

I love it here at The Legends! It's clean, it's friendly. If you need anything, just ask Sue and she will get it done! I enjoy a view of the North Ponds Park. So far, I have seen it through late summer, fall (beautiful!), and winter. I am looking forward to the spring. I highly recommend The Legends if you are looking for a place to come home to relax.

The Legends at North Ponds in Webster out-classes all the other apartment complexes that I visited. The grounds are beautifully maintained and have access to the paths around North Ponds. The contemporary buildings are tastefully decorated and offer several amenities. The lounge showcases a stunning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, elegant furnishings, and a large screen television. Adjacent to the lounge is a spacious patio with outdoor furniture; a large barbecue grill is also available for residents' use. Each building has a gym with circuit machines and a television as well as a library with a computer and printer. Every apartment has its own deck or patio. The nine-foot walls enhance the openness and spaciousness of each apartment. The kitchens feature extensive cabinets as well as a pantry and built-in microwave. The bathrooms have safety bars and emergency alarms as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. Both bedrooms also have emergency alarms. The Legends at North Ponds is well worth your time.

I've been here for almost 2 years. I've enjoyed my apartment, my surroundings, and the staff. Sue has been very helpful. It's quiet and so nice to be around seniors. I am only 1 mile from my work, which is great!
