Schervier Pavilion

Visited a lifelong friend with my children. We were greeted very nicely at the front entrance and asked to please fill out the necessary passes to go visit. We were given directions in a professional and pleasant manner. Once arriving to the area we were told exactly where we needed to go and were greeted with smiles from everyone along the way. Very upbeat and happy environment. You could see how the staff were attending to their patients with the upmost care and courtesy. We were able to visit with our friend in their room which was nicely decorated and had prizes along the shelves that had been won from all the games of bingo that are offered. There was a huge calendar on the closet that showed tons of activities offered daily. I was able to bring my friend into the caf right around away from her room which was very convenient I thought. Staff were very welcoming and everyone was there watching a movie together. I had her sit by her friend and she was happy to sit and enjoy the movie. I had asked some of the ladies working for assistance with getting pins for the picture board in my friends room and they were more than happy to assist me. Glad to see that my friend is in a place that has caring professional people.

Ghetto and annoying place to work

Unprofessional local employees that treat employees that comes to work there who are Caucasian who are professional and care about there job and the residents well being no judgemental about race. The employees are racist to other races because of historical past not present reality.
