This place should be closed down. They endangered the welfare of my family member who has dementia. This facility knows my family member needs to be watched and yet, they allowed him to leave the facility and wonder through traffic. Received a phone call from an incompetent and unprofessional supervisor, Shakeera, at 1:00 a.m. this morning telling me my loved one should never have been brought to their facility and that there are no Registered nurses on staff. When I brought my loved one to this facility, Teresa Marie Mulligan, the Administrator, told me my loved one would be well cared for.

Toured the Avalon for a loved one and was so impressed by both the staff and the facility. Feels like a home. Staff were attentive and caring and that makes all the difference. We feel lucky to have found such a special place for our loved one.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!THEY OPEN PERSONAL MAIL OF THEIR CLIENTS AND TRY TO FORCE THEM TO SIGN OVER THEIR PERSONAL CHECKS TO THE FACILITY !!!!!THEY ARE BREAKING FEDERAL LAWS !!!!!!DO NOT ALLOW YOUR LOVED ONES TO GO THERE !!!!
