I'm not sure why this place gets so much criticism. Maybe they've made improvements? I've been working there since December. I'm a lot happier with them than the last agency I worked for. They pay better and there are weekly paychecks now. The individuals and families I work with are great. And the broker is helpful. So, I'm sure that helps. The office staff does seem a little disorganized at times. Overall, they always seem willing to help as much as possible though.

The company seems intent on delaying any services as long as possible. I've spent five weeks responding to their unending requests and still have nothing. Their staff has been rude to a doctor's office, has changed requirements along the way and required our intended employee to return to their office because she didn't note her apartment number when she gave them the address of the house she owns. They appear to care only about paperwork, not about customers or clients.
