The Management people are very nice but be careful that you read your contract closely before you sign it. The people who try to get you to sign up are all about getting every dollar out of you. We agreed to one figure plus a dog fee and the next thing you know she puts both together so when we decide not to send the dog they refused a refund or even a credit. Then in less than a year they raise the rent 175.00 per month. Beware the contract!! It sounds really good but be careful.
